Education & qualification:

Dr. Omar Magdy is a glaucoma consultant, he has received his bachelor degree in 2009  and obtained his masters degree in ophthalmology at Ain Shams university in 2015 and  he became fellow of the royal college of surgeons of Glasgow in 2023 , he trained as a glaucoma fellow for 5 years, His main research interests are surgical techniques of Glaucoma surgery, normal pressure glaucoma, and glaucoma patterns of practice in developed and developing countries. he published many papers related to glaucoma research, his recent publication is in the prestigious American journal of ophthalmology, he presented in many  conferences  and instructed in many wetlabs and training courses. He is an active member in many NGOs to help and treat glaucoma patients including Baladi Foundation in upper Egypt and convoy to Eritrea to help glaucoma patients.
